Designed especially for career oriented women and entrepreneurs that value their time and they want something practical that has proven results.

Xochitl has an extensive experience with dealing with teenagers issues and mental health, including diagnosis with depression & anxiety, to sexual abuse and identity questioning. She can expand on any topic including motivation, acting out behaviors and more. 

FROM TRAUMA TO TRIUMPH

Xochitl is the creator of the program, From Trauma to Triumph (a book is coming out soon!!) where she guides participants who have experienced obstacles and misfortunes to uncover their power of choice with tools and strategies to unmask sabotaging behaviors to live the life they know they were made for. During this journey, Xochitl invites participants to confront mental health issues.

Xochitl is the host of the podcast Platicalo con Xochitl (it's in Spanish) where she explores various topics of mental health in daily life situations to help break the stigma of mental health. She strives to identify how mental health affects everything in our daily lives, like relationships, work/life balance and self-love. Xochitl explains how if we open our hearts and minds to dealing with our traumas and irrational thoughts we can begin to enjoy our life.
